Digital Director Job @ Giant Advertising Agency


Job Overview:
The Digital Director will lead FP7/CAI Digital team, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate deployment of digital campaigns across all agency clients. In this role you will stay at the cutting edge of digital landscape and provide thought leadership, both internally, as well as to clients at all levels.

Core Responsibilities:
    Leads the agency’s digital team.
    Oversee the development, execution and management of the brands’ comprehensive digital ecosystem and digital programs
    Work closely with creative and technical teams.
    Drives digital leadership and growth both within the Digital team as well as across the entire agency
    Meeting business objectives by delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
    Contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental development processes and methodologies.
    Analyze campaign results, optimize efforts, and recommend future adjustments to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness
    Develop formal presentations and case studies on industry trends and campaign effectiveness/post-campaign results
    Stay apprised of new technologies/trends with a keen understanding of the digital landscape, and incorporate these into digitally driven solutions and business building ideas.
    Develops and manages projects work plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
    Manages the resources within budget and project schedule.

Skills and Experience:
    The candidate should have 5 – 10 years experience in the field of communication; with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital field.
    Has to live and breathe digital.
    Should understand the A-Z of developing websites, Facebook applications and delivering big online media campaigns for big brands.
    High-level strategic brand experience.
    Excellent project management and leadership skills.
    Excellent team management skills and experience.
