About the Job:

Digital Media Marketing Coordinator (Males Only - Part time - Minimum 5 years experience)

- Maintains excellent writing and language skills in English and Arabic.
- Management of website contents and updating the news contents on the website.
- Implement the Company’s Social Media Strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, News Papers, Google+ Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Should possess a passion for content strategy, blogging, and micro-blogging and community participation leadership. Create relevant content to reach the audience.
- Understanding of Great Designs and Visual content.
- Ability to make promotion strategy and engagement strategy to continually grow fan base by utilizing Social Media Ads.
- Write editorial content
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
- Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
- Management of design and promotions and Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business, report to appropriate management.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media programs. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples).
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
- Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
- Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary? (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
- Email marketing: development, creative input, running, results and campaigns.
- Playing a brand consulting/advising role with regard to the online environment: opportunities, threats, new initiatives, development of digital identity and online presence, identification of potential business and new digital transactions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Cooperate with designers, and developers to plan and execute online marketing strategies for our products across all online marketing channels
  2. Implement Search Marketing Strategies, Including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing(SEM), and Pay per Click Advertising (PPC).
  3. Develop on-page and off-Page Search Engine Optimization Strategies for a wide array of industries.
  4. Develop, execute, maintain, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for: Search engine marketing strategies including Google AdWords, Bing/Yahoo Ads.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Marketing or related fields from four-year college or university, or 2-4 years of experience building and maintaining digital/online marketing campaigns.
  • 1-2 years of experience building and maintaining online marketing campaigns, with primary focus on SEO, and SEM.
  • Experience implementing Search Engine Optimization changes to websites, and improving overall website traffic.
  • Experience running AdWords Campaigns on both Search and Display Networks.
  • Experience working with landing (squeeze) pages, optimizing for conversions.
  • Experience configuring and reporting with Google Analytics.
  • Experience performing keyword research.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Desire to learn and experiment with new strategies.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Popular Advertising Networks: Facebook Ads, Bing/Yahoo Ads, AdRoll, LinkedIn, Twitter Ads, Clickbooth.
  • Experience with Social Media Marketing (SMM), and integrating SMM campaigns with SEO, and Paid Advertising.

كثيرا ما تصلني إشعارات (الترجمة العربية لكلمة نوتيفيكيشنز:)) فيسبوك لمتابعة صفحات فيسبوك لأصدقاء أو معارف بعضها للترفيه و التسلية، وبعضها للشركات أو الأعمال التي يديرونها أو يعملون لديها - والنوع الثاني من هؤلاء الأصدقاء هم موضوع هذه التدوينة

يمكنني أن ألخص ثمان نصائح وملاحظات سريعة لأي شخص لديه صفحة فيسبوك يستخدمها للتسويق لشركته أو متجره أو مصنعه أو نشاطه التجاري أو الاستثماري:ـ

أولا:- اختيار اسم الصفحة:ـ
ليس لائقا ولا صوابا اختيار اسم صفحة ذي أخطاء لغوية أو إملائية، أو حتى اسم طويل أكثر من اللازم، فمثلا إذا كانت شركتك للاستثمار الزراعي فلا داعي لتسمية الصفحة
شركة كذا التجارية للاستثمار الزراعي و المنتجات الزراعية و المعدات الميكانيكية
يكفي فقط اختيار الاسم ليكون مثلا (شركة كذا - معدات و استثمار زراعي) دون الحاجة مثلا لإضافة جملة الصفحة الرسمية خصوصا إذا كان اسم الشركة ووصفها طويلا أصلا

إذا كان نشاطك التجاري يعتمد على تصنيع يدوي أو خدمة توصيل للمنازل أو منتجات مصممة خصيصا للعملاء فيمكنك إضافة ذلك لاسم الصفحة مثلا

أيضا، إذا كنت تبيع أو توزع منتجات تجميلية وعطورا وكان محلك التجاري في المول الشهير يحمل اسم مثلا

من المهم لعوامل كثيرة -منها جذب محركات البحث- أن يتم اختيار رابط الصفحة -ورابط الصفحة غير اسم الصفحة- بحيث يكون معبرا عن اسم الشركة و اسم الصفحة بالضرورة
يفضل أن يكون هذا الرابط هو نفسه المستخدم لحسابات الشركة على تويتر و اليوتيوب و انستاجرام مثلا

Digital Branding: 3 Reasons to Design a Personal Website

Here in Cairo (Egypt), we usually start our day by reading newspapers, specially articles for top philosophers, professors or politicians.
Recently, many of them started to mention their own Facebook pages or Twitter accounts whether directly or indirectly. For example, some writers were responding to Facebook comments on their own profiles or official pages. Others add the URL of their official social media accounts to the article.

Well, this is something good but NOT recommended!
YES: Journalists, media professionals, professors and politicians all should have their own WEBSITES not only Facebook pages and Twitter accounts.

I can list 3 reasons for public figures and columnists to have a personal website:
