Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Set a social media strategy that is aligned with the Merchandisers and Online Marketing officers in order to communicate consistent messages and promotions
- Plan, implement, analyze and optimize social media activities to achieve superior customer engagement, customer acquisition, and website traffic
- Collect and communicate insights that can help identify top issues, unmet needs, and other inputs that can be useful to the company from a product development, customer service, and marketing standpoint
- Create content calendar for publishing to social channels (In alignment with the Category Managers)
- Manage social media vendors
- Establish best-practices for social media across all marketing channels. Partner with digital marketing team colleagues to ensure that search, affiliate program, display, press, video, online content and site merchandising efforts all support social media
- Responsible for review and analysis of social media performance metrics and optimization of content and campaigns
- Utilize great web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online, help people, stimulate discussions, encourage debate etc ‘Think on your feet’ real time content writing, online discussion, interactions etc. Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing

• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong technical knowledge of Social Media including the usage of Google, Facebook and Twitter Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent command of English is essential. You should be very creative and a self-starter.
• Proven skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Curiosity, passion and innovation in social media
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
