Avg. EGP 10,500 for Digital Marketing Executive

Job Title: Digital Content Marketing Executive – Cairo
Reporting To: Digital Content Marketing Manager
Salary Range: EGP 7,000 and 14,000
Company: Qanawat

Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):

Lead and coordinate the acquisitions of digital rights of quality content from major and independent labels. Negotiate terms and complete contracts.
Increase the profitability of content based product & services by defining the suitable marketing campaigns to increase the number of downloads and subscribers.
Define content revenue sharing model and maintain relations with partner content providers.
Manage all relationships with artists and labels.
Oversee and facilitate multiple aspects of sales, marketing and PR.
Coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities with respect to record labels and artists.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Content Acquisition and Record Label Management:
Work closely with any artist for whom s/he is responsible and the artist’s management, lawyers and agents, as well as liaising with all internal Departments with respect to such artists and their content.
Perform any music content research tasks including searching social media, blogs and other online websites, radio charts and sales charts.
Coordinate with artist/artist management and Legal teams to secure agreements.
Define and execute the content acquisition strategy.
Assist with talent placement and event execution.

2. Maximize Content sales:
Maximize monetization of the content catalogue, ensuring optimum content distribution to all customers.
Drive a sales pipeline through calls, emails, new client meetings, new client bookings, etc.
Identify new innovative ways and channels for monetization of Qanawat catalogue.

3. Content marketing:
Define marketing campaigns to increase content sales, providing message, target segments, creativity (with the support of a creative designer) and coordinating the execution with the Service Coordinators and Account Managers.
Analyze marketing campaigns results and prepare reports
Develop client presentation material
Conduct research – market analyses, competitive landscape analyses, etc.
Maintain and grow an outreach database.
Manage regular email and other marketing campaigns.

Job-Specific Competencies required to successfully perform the job:
1. Educated to degree level 
2. 4+ years of experience in a related field – music production, music labeling, advertising & PR - with a portfolio of proven accomplishments and a strong work ethic.
3. Great attention to detail and follow through/follow up with respect to all tasks above
4. Extremely organized, capable of multitasking and handling multiple deadlines simultaneously.
5. A strong knowledge of current music, Film & Television trends in the region.
6. Self-starter and punctual
7. Passionate about growing and building a business to its full potential
8. Excellent presentation development, communication skills and writing ability
9. Excellent leadership, energy, judgment, interpersonal and analytical skills
10. Music interest and experience a definite plus
11. Flexibility and ability to work with decision makers and to react effectively to change
12. Experience across Digital marketing is an advantage
